## Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nursing Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for nursing students and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring participants gain the required clinical knowledge and skills.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for nursing students and healthcare staff.
* Prepare lesson plans, training modules, presentations, and assessment materials.
* Demonstrate clinical procedures and nursing best practices.
* Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
* Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
* Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to trainees.
* Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and training methodologies.
* Coordinate with management and healthcare institutions for training schedules and requirements.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and patient safety protocols during training.

## Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical practices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to train, mentor, and motivate learners.
* Good organizational and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

## Eligibility Criteria

* B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in nursing practice, teaching, or training.
* Registration with the relevant Nursing Council is preferred.
* Willingness to travel between Wardha and Nagpur, if required.
