Senior Civil Engineer – Construction & Redevelopment (International Projects)

We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in large-scale construction and redevelopment projects, including exposure to international markets. The role requires strong technical leadership, project execution capability, and familiarity with global standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead execution of construction, rehabilitation, and urban redevelopment projects
• Manage project lifecycle: planning, tendering, execution, and handover
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Oversee contract administration, BOQs, cost control, and claims
• Ensure compliance with international standards (FIDIC, Eurocodes, ASTM, ACI, BS, IS)
• Drive quality, safety (HSE), and risk management on site
• Support JV / SPV and cross-border projects

Requirements
• BE in Civil Engineering (ME – advantage)
• 10–15 years of experience in construction / redevelopment / infrastructure
• Experience working with international clients or multinational contractors
• Strong knowledge of EPC / PMC project models
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (BIM – advantage)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment

Preferred
• Experience in urban renewal, brownfield, or retrofit projects
• Familiarity with Israeli regulations and planning authorities
• Hebrew and English proficiency (Russian / Arabic – advantage)
