Project Manager Israel – Civil Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) with 8-11 years of experience in large – scale construction and redevelopment projects, including exposure to international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Indian team deployed at the project site and ensure optimal workforce utilization.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and coordinate effectively with the Israeli counterpart team.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Lead and manage the project team efficiently to achieve operational excellence and productivity targets.
• Optimize time, resources, and manpower to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Read, interpret, and understand site drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Handle crisis management, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and ensure minimal disruption to project execution.
• Coordinate with procurement, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and submit regular progress reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local statutory requirements.
Qualification
• Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools
Preferred
• 8- 11 years of experience in construction and redevelopment projects.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skill
• Fluent English Communication
• Valid Passport is mandatory
