Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support business development, client coordination, lead generation, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential corporate clients.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate for proposals and quotations.
- Regularly follow up on submitted proposals and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support business development for Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security, Manpower Outsourcing, and related services.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain lead databases and client follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Management teams.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual business targets.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in Marketing / Business Development / Corporate Sales preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English, Hindi & Marathi
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & email communication
- Strong client handling, follow-up and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Security Services / Manpower Outsourcing / B2B Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.
