Job Summary

Require three skilled manpower for technical support for IT peripherals and network services for day-to-day operations.

Duties / Responsibilities

The scope of work will include:

- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT peripherals such as desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
- Monitoring and managing network services and addressing connectivity issues.

Networking Basics:

- Understanding of IP Addressing (IPv4/IPv6), subnetting, default gateway, DNS, and DHCP configuration.

Hardware Management:

- Installation and configuration of basic router/switch configuration interfaces, wireless access points, and structured rack systems.

Cabling & Field Work:

- Proficient in Cat6 LAN cabling, basic fiber optic (SM/MM) handling, RJ45 crimping, cable testing using LAN tester, and cable tracing.

Troubleshooting:

- Diagnosing and resolving network issues such as no internet connectivity, slow network performance, packet loss, and Wi-Fi connectivity problems.

Tools & Utilities:

- Experience using networking tools like ping, tracert, ipconfig.

Field Operations:

- On-site installation, maintenance, and support for network infrastructure, including coordination with ISP for link issues.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

- BE/Diploma in Engineering (CSE/ECE/IT)
- BCA/BSc (Computer)/PGDCA
- Certification in networking is preferable.

Regular Working Hours

8-hour shift per day

- Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Shift 2: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Shift 3: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
