Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Production Operator/Helper to assist in daily production activities. The role includes supporting machine operators, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area for smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and packing material and proper arrangement.
• Support machine operators during production.
• Clean and organize work areas, tools, equipment and machines.
• Perform basic tasks like packing, sorting, filling and labeling.
• Report any equipment or material issues to the supervisor
Qualifications & Skill:
• Basic understanding of safety and cleanliness practices.
• ITI AOCP / Any Graduation
• 0-2 years of experience in production industry preferably pharma.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
AOCP in ITI AOCP stands for Attendant Operator (Pharma Plant).
