- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of EV Bus as per OEM schedule.
- Crucially, identify and meticulously document all defects and repairs that fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Provide detailed reports including fault codes, symptoms, diagnostic steps, parts replaced, and resolution.
- Support in warranty repairs and part replacements.
- Maintain service logs and ensure job card completion.
- Assist in root cause analysis and feedback to OEM for defect patterns.
