- Experience in automotive/electric vehicle stores operations.
- Proficiency in Excel or inventory software.
- Basic understanding of spare part categorisation (fast/slow moving).
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Receive, issue, and track spare parts used under warranty.
- Maintain inventory records (physical and digital) with accuracy.
- Coordinate with OEM and service team for spare requirements.
- Prepare stock reports, usage logs, and warranty consumption data.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping of parts inventory.
