Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our field sales team. This role involves direct market visits, product promotion, order generation, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Skills Required

Ability to speak and understand Marathi and Hindi

Good communication skills (speaking, writing, and listening)

Presentable personality with good grooming

Basic analytical and reporting skills

Experience

Fresher or candidates with field sales experience can apply

Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

Complete field-based sales work

Daily visits to retail shops and wholesalers to promote products

Generate orders and ensure repeat orders

Achieve assigned sales targets

Ensure timely collection of payments

Coordinate with distributors and retailers for retention and relationship management

Other Requirements

Candidate must have own vehicle
