Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of construction & urban redevelopment projects
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and minimize financial risks
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
• Handle procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and coordination of labour, materials & equipment
• Conduct site inspections to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders for smooth project coordination
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools
Preferred:
• 8–10 years of experience in construction and redevelopment projects
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Fluent English communication
• Valid Passport is mandatory
