Operations Manager – Quick Commerce

BVG India Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and scale our quick-commerce operations across multiple cities. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong experience in managing large teams and last-mile delivery operations.

📍 Location: Mumbai, Pune & Tier-1 / Tier-2 Cities
🧑‍💼 Experience: 4–8 years

🔹 Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end operations including manpower deployment, rider management, and EV fleet integration while ensuring high service quality and cost efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations across hubs/dark stores
* Ensure SLA adherence (TAT, fill rates, rider availability)
* Handle large-scale manpower hiring & productivity (50–500+ per location)
* Oversee EV fleet operations, uptime & cost optimization
* Manage client coordination with platforms like Zepto, Blinkit & Swiggy Instamart
* Track KPIs: cost per delivery, rider productivity, order fulfillment

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or staffing operations
* Hands-on, execution-focused approach
* Ability to solve problems under pressure
* EV operations knowledge is an added advantage
