MIS Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Canvas, with a knack for transforming data into meaningful insights that support operational and management decisions.
Job Description – MIS Executive
• Responsible for managing and maintaining MIS data for multiple sites, projects, and vendors.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from sites, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Handle large volumes of data related to operations, manpower, billing, payroll, and compliance.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics, and variances across sites and vendors.
• Coordinate with site teams and vendors to resolve data gaps and discrepancies.
• Create presentations and summary reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Automate reports and improve MIS processes for better efficiency and decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation, data backups, and version control.
• Support audits, management reviews, and ad-hoc data requirements.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or reporting (Facility Management / Service industry preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Power BI, and Canva.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
