Educational Qualification:
• Graduate degree in Sociology / Social Work / Statistics / Biostatistics
OR
• Master’s degree in Sociology / Social Work / Statistics / Biostatistics / Public Health / Epidemiology / Anthropology

Experience :
• Graduate Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in Public Health / Healthcare Management
OR
• Master’s Degree with 0–1 year of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities :
• Support the implementation of a Quality Improvement (QI) model at primary care level.
• Assist in strengthening services for Hypertension and Diabetes management.
• Coordinate with district health authorities and primary health centres.
• Monitor program activities and ensure adherence to project protocols.
• Support data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Facilitate training and capacity-building activities under the project.
• Ensure smooth execution of IM QI-NCD project activities (2023–2027).

Age Limit :
• Maximum 35 years (as per recruitment norms).

Gross Salary :
• ₹30,800/- per month
