Role Overview
BVG India Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. The role involves field-based sales, client acquisition, participation in tendering processes, and successful closure of service contracts.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Development
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Facility Management / IFM services
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service presentations
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals and negotiate to close service agreements
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
🔹 Tendering & Portal Management
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process
• Work on Government and Private e-procurement portals
• Prepare techno-commercial bids, BOQs, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, EMD submissions, and tender requirements
• Track tender status and ensure timely follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B service sales
• Prior experience in Facility Management industry is preferred
• Experience in Government and Private tender handling is an added advantage

Required Skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with portals such as:
o Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
o Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP Portal)
o State e-Procurement portals
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and bid documentation
• Target-driven with willingness to travel for field sales
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
