Asst. Facility Manager (Technical)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing building operations, maintenance, and services to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers to perform maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
* Conduct regular inspections of the facility and coordinate any required repairs or improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
*Handle facility-related issues and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
* Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement for facility maintenance needs.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
*Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and materials.
* Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
* Provide administrative support to facility management activities, such as reporting and scheduling.

Experience:

* Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management or technical operations, with at least 2 years in an Assistant Manager role.
* Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.).
* Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in facility operations.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
