• Completed 3-year Nursing Degree / Diploma (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)
• German-recognized qualification preferred (or willingness to undergo recognition)
• German language skills: at least B1 required; B2 or higher preferred
• Some clinical experience desirable
• Good computer skills and readiness to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Strong responsibility, teamwork, and respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues
• Provide nursing support across various wards and the Emergency Department as part of internal staffing/absence management
• Monitor patients after surgeries or medical procedures
• Provide basic and advanced nursing care, including care planning and documentation
• Assist with preparation and follow-up of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Work in a shift system with individually planned schedules, including weekends

Entry-level (0–2 years) € 2,800 – € 3,200
Mid-career (2–5 years) € 3,300 – € 3,800
Experienced / Skilled staff (5+ years / specialized) € 4,000 – € 4,800
Additional pay may apply for shift work, night duties, weekend and holiday shifts (as standard in German hospitals).
