. Completed training as a Nursing Assistant or Geriatric Nursing Assistant• German language level: B2 required (or willingness to achieve B2 before deployment)
• Experience in basic nursing care is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and interest in interdisciplinary teamwork
• High sense of responsibility, team spirit, and commitment
• Respectful and empathetic behaviour towards patients and colleagues
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
• Support registered nurses in providing essential nursing and basic patient care
• Assist in daily patient care tasks and specific clinical support activities
• Transport patients within the hospital and perform messenger and service duties
• Check and maintain material and supply inventory in the nursing unit
• Document all completed nursing and support activities accurately
• €2,200 – €2,700 gross per month (depending on experience)
• Additional allowances for night, weekend, and holiday shifts
