Eligibility Criteria
The employer is seeking committed and qualified nursing professionals meeting the following criteria:
• Completed 3-year Nursing Degree/Diploma (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) or higher
• Willingness to undergo German recognition process (if not already recognized)
• German language proficiency:
o Minimum B1 (mandatory)
o B2 preferred
• Relevant hospital experience in internal departments (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Professional responsibility, commitment, and patient-centered approach
