• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, personal files, and HRMIS records.
• Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and separation processes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Support disciplinary actions, including issuance of show-cause notices and assistance in domestic inquiries as per company policy.
• Coordinate with payroll teams or account team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data to ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in salary and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and Minimum Wages.
• Coordinate PF and ESIC registrations, challans, returns, inspections, and statutory communications.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and licenses and support audits and labor inspections.
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace-related concerns.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, inductions, trainings, and awareness programs.
• Manage exit processes including exit interviews, full & final settlements, and issuance of relieving and experience letters.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related field.
• 2–5years of experience in HR Generalist role (FM/manpower-intensive industry preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
• Strong MS Excel skills for MIS and reports.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive personality with good interpersonal skills.
