Business Development Manager – Israel Projects

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager – Israel Projects will lead BVG’s strategic engagement with Israeli companies, startups, and innovation stakeholders. The role involves identifying innovative technologies, initiating pilot projects, and converting successful pilots into scalable commercial deployments within BVG’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage Israeli companies with relevant technologies aligned with BVG’s business verticals.
• Establish partnerships through NDAs, MoUs, pilot agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Lead pilot project planning, implementation, and commercialization.
• Coordinate with BVG operations, legal, technical, and government stakeholders.
• Leverage BVG’s client base including government agencies, hospitals, municipalities, and infrastructure clients.
• Prepare business cases, commercial proposals, and partnership strategies.
• Monitor project performance and support scaling of successful solutions.
• Facilitate international coordination, meetings, and partner engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of Israeli partnerships established
• Number of pilot projects initiated and completed
• Conversion of pilots into commercial deployments
• Revenue generated from international partnerships
• Strategic value added to BVG innovation portfolio

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• MBA preferred
• 7–15 years of experience in business development or international partnerships
• Experience working with Israeli companies or global technology providers preferred
• Experience in infrastructure, healthcare, environmental services, or technology sectors desirable

Travel Requirements
