• B.Sc. Nursing degree (4-year degree preferred)
We are looking for a B.Sc. Nursing Graduate to join our Trainee Program in Nursing • Good theoretical and practical nursing skills
• German language: minimum B1, B2 preferred
• German degree recognition (Anerkennung) preferred, or willingness to complete the process
• High level of independence, motivation, and adaptability
• Interest in developing a long-term career as an academic professional nurse within Klinikverbund Südwest
• Provide basic and specialized nursing care
• Perform nursing care planning and documentation as part of the nursing process
• Participate in a one-year structured Trainee Program designed for new nursing graduates, divided into three phases:
o Introductory Phase within the clinical department
o Mentoring Phase with training on applying scientific nursing knowledge into professional practice
o Practical Phase, including up to four optional one-week clinical rotations in specialized areas (e.g., IT, Quality Management, Nursing Academy, Nursing Directorate)
• Completion of a small scientific project during the final phase
• Participate in nursing specialist groups within the department
• Mandatory participation in the KVSW Journal Club
• €2,800 – €3,200 for candidates without full recognition (during adaptation/trainee period)
• €3,300 – €3,800+ after recognition as a fully qualified Nurse (Pflegefachkraft)
• Additional allowances apply for evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
